We cold-smoke raw wild honey over applewood chips for twelve hours, then infuse it into the espresso before layering with silky oat milk microfoam. We steep single-origin Ethiopian Yirgacheffe beans in filtered water for exactly 24 hours at 4°C — no more, no less. The result is a concentrate of incredible smoothness, with notes of blueberry and dark chocolate. Served over a single hand-carved ice sphere that melts slowly, preserving the integrity of the brew until the very last drop.
