Our signature creation begins with a double ristretto of our house espresso blend, extracted to syrupy perfection. We cold-smoke raw wild honey over applewood chips for twelve hours, then infuse it into the espresso before layering with silky oat milk microfoam. A whisper of cinnamon smoke is captured under the lid — released when you lift the cup for that first, unforgettable sip.
